I had a first date yesterday. She was cute, but seemed kinda cold and uptight. Didn’t feel like a great match, but I dunno maybe she just needed time to get comfortable.
After a few drinks I was able to make the vibe fun, but she lives 45 minutes from me so my bar was high for a second date. I was thinking no, but at the end we were tipsy and she was looking awfully cute. I decided not to try and kiss her, even though I wanted to, because it seemed like I’d break her heart if I rejected her after that.
I’ve heard women say they’re often lukewarm on someone until a great kiss at the end of a date. I think there’s a chance it could have changed my mind about her. Did I do the right thing or should I have gone for it?
