i started 10th grade today and barely made any friends the girl in first class was asking what’s my name and saying hi she had a friend group. Spanish class a girl was asking me questions she sits next to me. i felt confident to talk once i got to school its like i couldn’t talk i was so scared to talk to the people next to me i was saying i would but couldn’t. it’s like i’m mute i need help doing this because i need friends. i have class with the girl with the group tomorrow how should i interact with them? i felt so scared to try. i didn’t have nobody to talk to at lunch i wanted to sit with somebody but i was scared. i hope the whole year isn’t like this is there any tips for me? i need friends really but once i get to school it’s like i can’t talk i get to scared to what can i do with making friends in class and at lunch what can i do?
