1. Stop indecently exposing yourself in public. it’s illegal and other people didn’t consent to be a part of your kink.

2. One summer I worked with a girl and she liked showing her panties. Always white. Sitting on windowsill facing each other, the way you described it.. on seesaw was so obvious she did it on purpose. She was your age and had a boyfriend. Is it safe, I hope so.

As other commenters have said, this is not appropriate behaviour and can be considered sexual harassment to others around you who are forced to non-consensually play a role in your kink; however, there are absolutely no justifications or excuses for sexual assault. Even if you are engaging in exhibitionism that does not entitle anybody to engage in any form of sexual contact without your consent.

5. Depends on where you are and who you are with. Some people can’t be trusted.

   You are more likely to make dudes uncomfortable and run the risk of getting arrested. Mant guys will enjoy the view and some will get uncomfortable for religious, cultural reasons, spouse issues etc…
