Hi,

As an introvert, I have always had a tough time being around large crowds and talking to random people. I often try to put on a more sociable and outgoing front to not seem like a boring anti-social person. But I get petrified before going out and have bad anxiety leading up to going out — having mini-panic attacks. I only have so much of a social battery and am scared to lose my small group of friends by seeming like a socially anxious loser.

Any tips to conquer this fear?? My head is so flooded with anxious and negative thoughts.

  1. Stick to the same club, go as often as you can for only one drink, make connections, develop routine.

After a few weeks you will see things being much more bearable not overwhelming
