Today like a 3. You?

7, I’d say. I’m in a stable place in my life, but if there’s anything I’d like more in my life, it’s for simple things to just STAY simple.
Like a 6. Life’s good, but it could be better.
Very mid
1
2/10. I have everything prepared to take the last exit.
Solid 9
4. Retired for 2 years, a bit lost.
8.
6/10 only cause dogs. Dogs are my only source of happiness right now

5/10. Honestly feel like I have myself figured out but am resentful because I find myself having to solve other’s issues far too often. Leaves me wanting solace but I know that can be bad as well
9, some things need some work and will be done in the next 12 months and then it will be nearly perfect.

I’d say like 7-6 a solid feeling of contentness
6. It’s been a rough year.

4. Without having to work it would be 8.5-9

My dude, I’d say a 2.

I’m just running out the clock
Eight. Sometimes nine.
But the goal isn’t to be happy. The goal is to be fulfilled. Chasing happiness, thanks to hedonic adaptation, is a fool’s errand.
3/10
0. But a solid 6 in contentment. My happiness is fickle and temporary, not a worth making a life goal.
Constantly 3
