I am coaching my daughters soccer team, first time I have ever coached. I have a co-coach that is supposed to assist me. He is way better at communicating to these youths but is not listening to my instructions on what drill we are going to do. I have the instruction, he has the voice. How can I break out of my shell to provide both to our team?
