Hey everyone. I’m (24f) having some coworker issues that I don’t really care about but I’ve noticed a pattern and just wanna rant.
I have no issues staying friends and on good terms with guys and girls older than me (30+) and guys my age (Ive been friends with my current friends for over 10 years). But when it comes to girls my age, I try and try to keep friendships up but these girls always end up drifting away, ignoring me when I try and talk to them (in person and over text) or will be friendly with me in person but talk about me behind my back. Ex. This coworker, I was cool with them for almost a year before they started randomly ignoring me. They have drama issues w even so I didn’t bother asking what the problem was but I’ve realized they probably don’t wanna invite me to their wedding 🙄 (bad example but simplist to explain). Anyone else have this issue? It’s only started since mid college and now that I’m out of school and working full time it’s even harder to meet people my age, and the ones I do end up not wanting to be friends… I literally can’t think of a reason for any of these relationships falling apart.
Tl;Dr I can’t keep friends with girls my age (24f) as they always end up falling apart but I can’t keep friends with guys my age and guys and girls older then me (30+)
