Rare opportunity to hear from women with such experience.

  1. “Not much” to me, in total 6,45kg, but it didn’t reached a point where I felt self conscious cause it was nowhere near (appearance wise) to the time I was extremely depressed.

I tried to stay active during my pregnancy but completely gave up the idea after being put on bed rest in the beginning of my second trimester then I spent another week after giving birth eating like there is no tomorrow and drastically went back to the usual way I eat and being active, I started at first with yoga cause my body wasn’t ready yet to hit the gym but after a month of home yoga I got back to my workout routine : 5 days at the gym and 2 days of home workout.

Just with how I was eating and yoga I’ve been able to loose the pregnancy weight within less than two months so after this I just focused on loosing the weight I originally wanted to loose.

  2. I gained 30 lbs. 10 months pp and I’m 23 lbs down. It has been slow going, but I lost the weight by counting calories and going on daily walks (when weather permits). The Myfitnesspal app is handy.
