Any apps that will connect you to random people to voice chat?

I live in a country in which almost no one speaks English. I’ve noticed that my English is getting rusty, and lately it takes an effort to speak properly (Living outside the US for 20 years will do it).

So I’m looking to conenct to random people during my commute that I can speak with.
