I used to be chubby and really unfit.
From my personal experience. Stamina in bed got better when stamina overall (running/cycling) got better. I‘m sure that Kegels help, all workouts help somehow but relying only on Kegels would be a bad idea
I have done this. Nah it didn’t make me last any longer. But I didn’t have an issue with lasting before. That is more mental than anything, for me at least
You may already be too tight if you’re busting too early. Reverse-kegels work better for that than kegels
