Have any men out there successfully used kegels to increase their stamina? I’ve read this is 85% effective but just curious as to what others experiences are? Also, how the heck does this keep you from finishing early?

  1. I used to be chubby and really unfit.
    From my personal experience. Stamina in bed got better when stamina overall (running/cycling) got better. I‘m sure that Kegels help, all workouts help somehow but relying only on Kegels would be a bad idea

  2. I have done this. Nah it didn’t make me last any longer. But I didn’t have an issue with lasting before. That is more mental than anything, for me at least

  3. You may already be too tight if you’re busting too early. Reverse-kegels work better for that than kegels
