Our marriage has been on the rocks for a couple of months now. He (was) ready for a house and baby with me. But I haven’t seemed to trust him enough to want to be so weak, I guess. I thought a year into marriage, and 5.5 years together, I’d let my walls down enough to rely on him financially and emotionally. I’ve not done that and he’s sick. We’ve got a few differences but have always tried to love each other to the best of our ability! I’m scared to see if these words really will be proven true.

The vibe I feel from your responses to his messages is that you’re done with the relationship. Not trusting him enough to rely on him just confirms y’all should maybe take some time apart. Reevaluate your relationship/marriage.
