Just wondering if there’s any supplements that help middle aged med to have less refractory period time in between orgasms, better circulation, and the ability to orgasm multiple times a day? After I turned 40 its difficult to have sex multiple times in one night to orgasm etc. I understand general things such as exercise, sleep, hydration, reduction of stress and some supplements like zinc can help but just wondering if some of you men who are over 40 take certain supplements to enhance their sex life such as maca, citruline, tongat ali, etc and if you can feel the benefits of this if taken regularly?

    Cordyceps might also be worth investigating for you.

  2. There is nothing. It’s all fake ass scams. There is no such thing as a magic dick pill that makes it bigger or cum more. Best you can do is stay hydrated, stay healthy, reduce stress where you can and take every orgasm as it cums but don’t expect anything. You’re getting old, shit happens.

    nevertheless, learning to have non-ejaculatory orgasms is probably more useful.

  4. There are no supplements that does this. What you may think of is Cabergoline, which blocks the refractory period in some men. I have not tested it myself yet. Its not that safe for the heart and it very long acting, so can’t recommend it.

    Your best bet would be to go to a men’s health clinic and get on TRT, maybe with some daily Cialis thrown in for fun.
