I’m not really in a position to date or have an intimate relationship, but have found a peace and contentment in being single after a long term relationship breakup a year ago. To all the people who feel they have the right mindset and love in their heart but can’t get traction due to their appearance (both verbal and physical) or past trauma, feel free to post what you’re proud of about yourself in the comments, and let’s see if we can’t find some more internal satisfaction together by way of insight from strangers. When you’re confident and happy you are less desperate and more attractive, and it starts somewhere. Feel free to DM if youd like but to remind this ain’t about being dated it’s about finding love for yourself and overcoming that hurdle to your intimacy game. I may not understand quite the same way as I am cishet, but as a pluralist lgbt perspectives welcome and encouraged (be nice to each other in the comments, the only thing between us and the cold world around us is each other whether you disagree with someone or not)
