Need DM advice

Ok so here’s the situation.
About 2 years ago (21 months ago) me and a few buddies took a week trip to Houston. One of the nights, New Year’s Eve we went to a bar and that night I ended up meeting a girl. She was sitting at a table with her older sister (Houston local) and her sisters friend. I came over introduced myself, offered to buy them some drinks and then me and the girl in question ending hitting it off because we were both studying the same thing in college. I ended up spending the whole night talking to her and I was really into her and felt that she was too. My friends were leaving and I even told them I was gonna stay behind and get an Uber later. We were taking pictures and videos together and having fun til I’d say about 1am (the new year). All of a sudden her older sister asked me if I could leave because she wanted the three of them to converse together so I told them that was fine, ordered my Uber and said my final goodbye. I was pretty drunk because it wasn’t til the next day I realized I had not asked her for her number, if or anything (I don’t remember if I asked her name or not smh). That day me and my buddy spent hours looking on her college major IG page dming people asking if they know her based on the pics I had with her and no one did. Anyways moving forward I forgot about her for awhile til one day my buddy said he could find who she was with a reverse image search and instantly we found her, 100% her. My question now is, is it too late to DM her? If I do, what do I say. Her college is about 3 hours from me so I’d have no problem visiting her if I could but is it too late? I since graduated and I believe she’s in her final year. Thanks
