Women, if you were asked to leave your desk job to embark upon a trans-Antarctic expedition on a big wooden ship, what would you do?

  1. Not a goddamned chance. My uncle worked aboard icebreaking ships with the Canadian Coast Guard for most of his career, and I’ve heard a lot of stories about it. A wooden ship up there is a fucking bad idea. I’ve got no interest in starring in a sequel to the Franklin expedition, thanks.

  2. Jump up and down in excitement. It was always my dream to work in Antarctica. I moved to Fairbanks as soon as I was 18 to get ready. Then I got cancer and turns out that fucks any chance of going there. I mean the wooden ship is a horrible idea but hey. As long as I can get there.
