Growing a beard and hitting the gym. I haven’t shaved my beard just trimmed and manicured in 2+ years and lost 75 lbs from eating right and working out after my divorce.

Making a significant change. After my recent breakup, the first thing I did was shave my head bald and styled my beard the same way I did in the past. Second thing was getting back into some old hobbies and habits.
So in reality, it’s pretty much the same concept for everyone, just different people have different things they do to cope with the bad times.
