Not allowed to wear jeans in the office and I hate khaki’s. Anyone have a good khaki alternative that’s more comfortable and works for the office?

  1. Lululemon has some really nice, comfortable pants in khaki colors. Not cheap, but everything I have from them has held up really well.

  2. I wear khakis and if jeans aren’t an option get a few pair of wool dress slacks. Costco has them. Or
You can spend a bit more and get a good pair at a place like Jos A Banks

  3. I have 5 pocket pants. They’re cut like jeans, fit like jeans, but are made from material like to khakis

  4. 100% get golf pants. They look like slacks but stretch and are extremely breathable. I absolutely hate dressing up and these are what I wear.

  5. The gap has comfy af chinos. Stretch and everything. I wear athletic fit for my tikk booty

  6. Shorts. Ones you’d wear on a boating trip or to a nice reception happening in the spring or summer.

  7. Opinions from an enterprise IT guy:

    – straight leg or slim straight, even for big guys

    – clothing with features labeled “tech” does not attract women. Sorry

    – darker colors below – shoes, socks, pants

    – your shoes should not look like shit

    – look around for put-together guys and notice what they wear

  8. Head over to a outdoor outfitter and get some stretchy hiking pants or check out some tactical pants. If you need khaki color but want comfort either of these options have every option you could dream of.

  9. Look at public rec website.

Stretchy sweatpants, but cut so they look like chinos. 5 pockets, and smooth like butter.

The only issue is the price point, so see if you can get a discount or grab ’em on a sale.
