So ever since I can remember I’ve had these small little bumps on my sack even before I had hair. When hair started to grow in the lumps also grew and spread out more, staying only on the testicle and bottom shaft area. Is thus a natural body thing or a potential STD that was passed down?

  1. Talk to a doctor. Could be lots of things. Very unlikely to be an STD; you would be experiencing other negative symptoms such as pain or fevers, etc.
