What do I do instead of freezing while ontop ?

So I’ve been a few situations l when hooking up with women . At some point during the second hookup , when she’s fully unclothed , she’ll ask me to get on top but when I do get on top , I don’t know what to do from there and I pause or lay back down . it leads to a “ I’m not feeling it anymore “ or “ ur making me hella insecure “kind of reaction from her , And it ends up being the last hookup in every scenario.. So tf am I supposed to do instead of looking down at her awkwardly ? Pls help ur boy out 🙏🏿
