Do people usually tell you that you’re quiet Even when you have or had a conversation with somebody or when you first meet someone they assume straight away that you don’t speak much.

  1. They are not always going to tell you outright you are quiet, but they do notice it and will keep it in the back of their minds. People do notice how you interact with them. It’s one thing to be quiet while you are listening to somebody as they speak. That’s not the issue. It is another thing, however, to contribute very little or not completely contribute to the conversation at all when it is your turn to speak.

First impressions matter. You have to establish yourself as somebody who can speak to others. Being unable to speak, let alone speak with positive energy, vibes, and confidence, comes off as antisocial behavior.
