I change my routine to fit the needs that I might have in those cases, it generally helps me to feel more grounded and view my daily life from a better perspective and if even by doing so it doesn’t change anything because at some point we all need a break then I start planning an upcoming trip, never failed to ressource me.
Examine the things that you think you like to do and really decide if they’re good for you. Decide if they should continue. Then investigate areas of your life where you want to improve. Start by reading or listening to books that Support the habits that you want to start. Radical change takes radical change.
Change my hair or get a tattoo/piercing. It helps for about 5 minutes and then I’m back to feeling stuck.
Start exercising. It does wonders for your mood.
