How did you change as a person and your life after you hit your body goals?

  1. Not much IMO.

But with the exception of some off-days, I was generally always happy/content with how I looked..

My body goals tend to be more performance/skills related…

Or really specific things. Like I want this and this muscle definition/separation in my forearms. I want my delts to be this shape..

  2. Honestly, I hate myself so much more & try furiously to cover as much of my body as possible. before reaching my goal, I would actually “show off” a lot, wear revealing clothing, take lots of pictures, go out with friends, dance, swim, hike, enjoy myself. Now i can barely look at a photo of myself without feeling sick, no going out with friends, I cover the mirrors alot, oversized baggy clothing, so much insecurity with my looks it’s debilitating. Lost 45 kilos/199lbs and despise myself more than ever. Loathe everything about my appearance. Lost everything that was ever enjoyable for me. It sucks.
