What now?

I went on one date with a guy about two weeks ago. The date went great – we ended up going to multiple bars and hanging out for 3+ hours.

Afterwards, he gave me his number (since we only chatted on tinder beforehand) and texted me later that day saying he had a great time and that he wanted to see me again.

The next day, he followed me on Instagram. He likes my posts and watches all my stories. However, he hasn’t reached back out for a second date! I’m totally bummed because I really liked him. Is it too late for me to reach out? Is he definitely not interested?
