I’ve noticed for quite sometime now that at almost all sporting events, Americans never seem to sit down in their seats. I get it, the game can get intense but jeeeze why even have seats if nonr of you sit down!? like damn it’s week one of NFL 😂 It gets my blood boiling through the damn TV just watching it hahaha.

Crowds at most NFL games definitely do not stand the whole time. I’ve only ever seen that in college student sections.

The folks operating the TV cameras don’t tend to zoom in on people sitting quietly in their seats. Who wants to see that? And when the camera pans over the crowd and it seems like *everyone* is standing, it’s because something exciting just happened or because the next play is likely to be significant for the home team, good or bad.
