My wife and I want to thank her parents for helping us a lot recently.
We were thinking of getting them a few nights in an AirBNB but I am wondering if something a little more luxurious might be worth looking into. Maybe a countryside hotel that includes meals and is close to some nice pubs etc.
But, I have no idea how to find this. My searching just comes up with UBER luxury £1000+ a night places or I just get a billion results including every hotel in the country.
Does anyone have any recommendations (we are based in Warwickshire and I think they would be happy to travel for up to 3 hours in the car)? Or even just a site that would help with my search?
Thanks!

TravelZoo website often does hotel with dinner option packages or you could buy them something like a red letter day or buy a gift card which takes a lot of the work for you out of it as it’s redeemable at hundreds of locations they choose.
See if you can book a steam train journey with fancy dining.
Please give us an idea of what they have done to help us out with a proportional gift.
I know it’s the thought that counts, but suggestions to say thank you for babysitting one night will be different to those for gifting you 100k towards a house.
Spa night package?
I’ve found the MacDonalds chain good for country house hotels, their restaurants are good and they often have spa/swimming pool facilities. They definitely tend towards the ‘Classic’ in terms of decor and so on.
My Mum and Dad have also enjoyed some Warner hotel breaks, I think they often have musicians/comedians on if that would be of interest.
You don’t have to travel far to enjoy a hotel package. I literally put Warwickshire into Google maps and then searched for spa hotels. First hit – https://www.mallory.co.uk/gift-vouchers/
Look for bed and breakfast places – you can find really nice places and if you give them some dosh they can find somewhere to eat out
