As in like this
“I haven’t achieved confidence”.
“I havent gotten that nice body from the gym yet”
“I still have insecurities I need to work on”
“I overthink too much maybe I should calm the mind first”
“You’re not genuinely interested in people maybe work on that feeling first”.
Stuff like that where I feel like I’m not adequate enough to try to socialize.
Should one improve themselves first or should practice socializing even if they have lots of work left to do on themselves?

Sure work out and improve yourself, but you can start getting better socially immediately. Here are some traits you can work on that might help.
