Old enough to not have to sprint to catch a tram, not old enough to have to sprint to catch a tram. So 10+ years for sure…
Sprint as in the track discipline? Or does sprinting during a football match also count?
2 weeks ago. I was running late for my train, so I had to sprint towards my train to catch it in time.
Like 5 years ago playing football with my nephew
I do jog on the treadmill at the gym but a proper sprint has been so long ago
I did some sprints two days ago. I am a casual distance runner and do some speed work from time to time.
About an hour ago. I came out of a shop and it was pouring with rain, so I ran to get under the roof of a bike rack
Yesterday, in a football match.
Although I’m close to 40 and my sprints probably look like jogging.
At least 1 time per week, to catch the bus. It’s fun.
Couple of days ago. Our cat likes to play chase in the garden, and who am I to deny him some joy?
It’s probably been years. Embarrasing since I’m only 22 but I haven’t played any sports in a few years and while I do go for runs, I don’t sprint. I never go beyond maybe 75% speed, and I’m not sure if I even could do a proper sprint just by my own desire, as opposed to NEEDING to sprint to win a race or get to a ball first, etc.
The day before yesterday, as I thought I was about to miss my bus. The driver didn’t seem too impressed.
