So I matched with a man on a dating app 2 weeks ago. After a week of talking via messaging, we went on our first date (casual walk for a few hours last Saturday). A couple of days after he asked if I wanted to see him again so we had our second date yesterday. It was lovely, he drove to pick me up (lives about 45 mins away) and went for some drinks and we kissed for the first time.
Now I’m thinking when would be the best time to go on a third date. I’d suggest next week but the thing is he is going away for a week from this Sunday onwards and then I’m going on holiday when he gets back so won’t be able to see him for about 2- 2.5 weeks (I then go on holiday again for another few days when I get back from my first one and have a few things planned already).
I don’t want to mess this up or come across too full on but don’t want that ‘spark’ to disappear. Therefore, do you think it’s ok to message him later today to see if he wants to meet this Saturday evening or would it be best to wait for after my holidays which will be about 2-2.5 weeks away from today?

Noticed people put ages so he’s 28 and I’m ( f) 26.
We message each other several times a day. He’s quite chatty in person whereas I’m a bit more shy at first.
