Hi! I’ve had this problem for a while but it has recently gotten worse. I am not the best at social interactions but when I’m with people I am comfortable with I do just fine. Lately though every time I come home after a hangout/party/dinner I get this constant feeling of “I was too much” “I did too much” “I talked too loud” and I just get so anxious I can’t think about anything else.

When I’m out I have a lot of fun but once I get home I start second guessing everything I did, everything I said, is there any way to get over this feeling?

  1. You need to work on evaluating your strengths and focus on the positive qualities instead of over analyzing potential negative ones. I know it’s easy to be hard on yourself, but it feels so much better to lift yourself up.
