I know there are things I need to get done but I procrastinate.

I had a vision of me when I was younger and the way I’m living life right now feels I’m moving further away from that.

I know no one is perfect but how can one be not hard on themselves for feeling imperfect?

  1. I’ve found a reason for me, to change who I used to be. A reason to start over new.

    And the reason is you

  2. By deciding what goals I really care about. Then I don’t need to be perfect, I just need to improve where I can to reach my goals.

  3. We don’t need to be perfect to be great,
and we don’t need to be great to be good.

  4. Don’t put too much expectations on others and stop caring about what other people want.

Instead, do life at your own pace and listen to yourself. Go to the gym when you need it, eat more when your hungry, you will feel happier and satisfied.

  5. What you define as perfect may not exactly be everyone’s entrepretation. Learn to accept yourself and make yourself happy.. thats all that’s required

  6. Why would I set myself up for failure by expecting perfection – something that no human has ever achieved (because it is impossible)? In fact, since I know so much more about myself than anyone else, I am the least likely person of all for me to view as perfect.

Set realistic standards and get into action. Being involved in reality and gaining experience is the best way to humble the mind.
