I met J about 6 months ago dancing in DC. She was here visiting family from Colombia. She lives and works in Colombia. Colombian national. Etc.
We stayed in constant contact when she got home and were building what seemed to be something more than friends. I had already been planning a trip to Guatemala and decided to head over to Bogota to see J while I was down there. She was an excellent tour guide and I loved my time there.
Things went really well but she didn’t want to continue given the distance. Which I can respect. I’m thinking about the prospect of going back down there to explore South America some more but we haven’t been as close as we were before I left.
She used to follow and view all my posts on Insta but since I got back I think she muted me. She always responds when I send her things and even makes conversation but she never views my stories. It’s odd.
Would you ever ask this person why? Why or why not?
