  1. I have and it’s pretty delicious. It brings a whole new thing to it, especially with good peanut butter (teddies or store fresh ground).

  2. I used to toast 3 slices of bread, then peanut butter and jelly, then peanut butter and jelly for a double decker with melted peanut butter. My kids loved those on a Saturday morning. Indiana

  3. Sometimes yes but mostly no.

I normally toast the bread or Eggo Waffle first and then I spread PB

  4. I eat PB&J *on* toast. I think I grilled (pan fried) a PB&J once and it was pretty good.

  5. I haven’t ate it since I was a child but I do recall a few times my mother made me a PB sandwich (I was not a fan of the J) pan fried with butter and cinnamon and it slapped hard.

  6. I do, lol is this something that’s regional? Seems more like a personal preference. I usually toast mine because I make my own bread and freeze it.

  7. Not usually, but its definitely in the rotation. Sometimes I want a little crunch and toast with it.

  8. I haven’t had one in more than 30 years, but I don’t remember the ones I had as a kid ever being toasted. NorCal.

  9. Not usually, but I have. If you butter and fry it like a grilled cheese it’s messy, but really good.

  10. No, but I’ll toast bread and spread butter, then jelly on toast. PB&J I’d rather have on soft bread.

  11. Assuming you mean toasting the bread (toasting the complete sandwich would be weird) then yes, I like it just barely toasted to make it a bit less mushy.

  12. No.

I sometimes make it on toast. But I do not toast the sandwich as that makes the peanut butter and jelly melt and makes an absolute mess on the griddle.
