Hi all. So we’ve been doing this LDR thing for 6 years now and recently I’ve been struggling a lot more with it. I’d like to start a family and enjoy life with someone I love a lot, and so does she, but we both wanna be in different places.
I make good money where I am (180k-300k) but li live a very humble life and I don’t think she believes that I make what I do (a lot of it is business equity). She does well where she is also and makes around (100k)
We both love each other a lot, but she really struggles leaving her home town where her family and friends are and moving across the country. I don’t even really blame her for that, but we’re at a stand still in our relationship and it sucks.
Anyone ever have this same issue?

All you both can do is sit down together, and have a talk about expectations and timelines. One should never move JUST for an SO, and if neither of you is 100% for the move after 5+ years….maybe you’re simply not a good match.
