For cowgirl I have a hard time getting enough height on lifting up. I need to strengthen for it. The flexibility part I’m good on.

For blow jobs I have a hard time maintaining consistent suction and what I can do makes do the inside of my mouth feels warped inside.

Any help is appreciated.

    On suction, I think you just have to practice sucking dick, home girl. You can maybe get a dildo but I think you’d get better results from experimenting with an actual partner.

  2. For bj: use ur mouth more like a massage, and apply pressure with ur hand (not a death grip, just firm). Ull find it way less taxing on ur jaw, and he’ll be happy
