So I (27M) stared dating a coworker (29F) a few weeks ago and she’s really nice but just not as interesting as I’m looking for.
We’ve slept together a couple times which makes it even more complicated for me to end things.
I’ve never been in a relationship and she hasn’t been in one longer than a couple months. I tried breaking things off nicely but I essentially failed.
I told her I was just looking for something casual and she told me she was looking for something serious, but that she was willing to stick around despite this. Tbh I’m not even all that down to keep her as a FWB.
What’s the best way to let her know that I’m not feeling it?
I have this thing where I fear other people hating me so this is not easy lol
Should also note that I am leaving my job in 2 months and leaving the country for at least a year in 4 months.

Awkward!! I am a believer of meeting people
At work, supermarkets, through friends, etc….(not dating sites), but if it doesn’t work out it gets awkward.
Sometimes the kindest thing to do is let someone hate you.
Stop being a coward and just tell her you don’t want to see her anymore and are no longer interested
