Those who had a strong intuition on how their life would end up, how did it go?

1. About how I expected. I knew when I was about 5 years old that I’d almost certainly always be unloveable and never would be able to be happy, and that’s exactly how it went.

2. I’m 25 & I have an idea of how my life could possibly go.. for example I think I might be a widow & have a son who doesn’t speak to me. Do I think too much about the future? Perhaps. Could my perception of my future change based off of my current decisions in life, maybe. But I really hope i’m wrong & that my life ends up better & in a way that my mind hasn’t imagined already lol

3. I knew I would marry young, assumed I’d have 2 kids. I wanted a husband who was in a for lack of a better word “helping proffession”. Someone with empathy. I never cared about money and assumed that would work itself out. I wanted to be able to be home and raise my kids.

   I married my first boyfriend out of high school at 19 after dating for 4yrs. We had two boys, he’s in been in the Army for 25yrs, I got to be a stay at home mom and went back to College in my 30’s to get a career of my own. We’re empty nesters now at 46, financially stable and retiring within the next 18 months. I think things turned out really well.

   I knew I was marrying the right man and we’d be a great team but a lot of the rest was luck. I can’t complain I’ve had a very blessed life. My boys are healthy and thriving with careers and life partners of their own and I’m enjoying my empty nest years with my best friend by my side. We’ll also be retired young enough to be able to travel and enjoy life before we’re too frail. Somehow it all works out as it should.
