Missed opportunity to practice social skills:

hi I’m new here but has this ever happened to you…
I was Sitting at bus station ALone and 2 random ladies sat on my right and my Left. So I got up and left. Was that good or bad ? I was overthinking too much today so I didn’t react as I had ought or wanted to. I felt uncomfortable and left. But would have liked to speak.
