I know there are a lot of things I wish I knew earlier. If I had someone to teach me how to manage my money when I was young I’d be MUCH further along. I didn’t know what I didn’t know. What’s something you would pay someone to teach you if you could to make things easier for you?

  1. If they could they it efficiently and effectively, probably money, then everything else because it would save time in the long run

  2. I always thought it would be hilarious to learn to play the banjo. Like completely mastering it, but in secret. Then at a party bust it out, drop a sick solo and watch all my friends’ jaws drop in shock.

Wouldn’t necessarily make my life easier. But I’d enjoy it.

  3. Spanish. I work in a restaurant where half the people speak Spanish, and a few only speak Spanish. It would just make my life easier if I could communicate with them and not have to ask someone to translate for us.

  4. How to do build-outs to make a delivery truck into a cleverly designed and organized stealth living space.

  5. How to stop hating driving. I practice sometimes, but I never did like driving, and I have never been interested in cars unlike most of my family. There are so many inconsiderate, unfriendly, and careless people behind the wheel, and it’s intimidating. I’m in my 30s and want to eventually conquer this and gain the ability to drive, since society is so car-centric, and being able to drive would seriously open up my professional and social life.

  6. How to let go of shame.

It holds me back from achieving certain things that I really want.

  7. I’m on vacation in Italy and really wanted to take a cooking class while over here to learn some classic Italian dishes, but all of them I could find start from square one, basically “here’s how you boil pasta water”.

  8. This. The anxiety around money has stayed with me my entire life. I just enrolled in YNAB. And at 70, I have no choice but to learn to budget.

  9. Computer stuff, I’m not bad with computers. But i never have taken time to really learn them at a more pro level. Like how to do sound for fames, optimize stuff for games, how to even set up different macros for easier set ups.

  10. How to change myself into something that doesn’t know how to procrastinate or feel fear and just attacks its plans and dreams like a fuck’n wolverine on crack
