My partner gave me oral only once when I was fresh shaved. I am middle eastern so I have thick hair down there and when I shave it grows back within a day. He says it stings his face and he says it feels bad during the intercourse. I can’t afford to do laser hair removal. Also it will take 10 months to fully remove the hair with laser. I have a hair plucking machine and I was thinking of waxing. Waxing seems difficult to reach all the hair. The hair plucking machine seems to be the most effective but it is painful.

If you go to someone for waxing, it can be effective. Still hurts, but more efficient than plucking. But I do relate to him, too much hair can be a turn off for oral

If you have a lot of contrast between the shade of your skin and the color of your hair, look into “home laser” aka IPL for hair reduction. It’s not as effective as the professional level lasers, but it does cause a real change.
If you don’t have a lot of contrast, sugaring or waxing. If self administered, sugaring is less messy, and if you need to bail out half through, can be washed off in a shower. Getting a pro to do it at least once is smart, because there are real technical skills involved around application and holding the skin taut and how rapidly you flick off the strip.
I shave every time I shower or bathe, which is usually daily. Please make sure this is really his reason before stressing too much.
Getting a pro to wax it for you is the best but trimming would still keep your hair soft so your poor poor partner doesn’t scratch his face. Sounds like he’s looking for excuses not to which is very sad

Get a new partner. I refuse to shave. Why be uncomfortable with all of the regrowth itching if you don’t have to? Find someone who wants for you not to shave.
And laser? Girl, please. You’re not doing this for you. Otherwise you would have already done it.
Sugaring or waxing.
Even with waxing, you’re going to have a “grow out” period of time between waxing appointments.

Ok a few days growth can be prickly but I can’t imagine that putting me off such an enjoyable act.
Clearly a woman can’t shave every day, and he’s immature if he doesn’t find trimmed bush (which is quite soft) attractive.
