I’m a very anxious person but I’m still trying to put myself out there, I found a very genuine guy we have so much in common however, my own anxiety is coming in the way. I’m having nervous system anxiety and hard time eating. I love food and when I’m usually not anxious I have good 3 meals and snacks. I know the anxiety will go away once this person becomes my safe person but I need energy to continue lol anyone had similar experiences? How did you overcome it
