Get some Bad Dragon cum lube and warm it up for a couple of seconds in the microwave.
I guess the limit would be a couple hundred mL to inject otherwise it’ll just come straight out or you’ll make yourself want to shit and won’t really be a realistic amount
The squirting dildo seems like best option. Definitely warm the lube to about 102 degrees fahrenheit. You’ll feel the warmth if slightly warmer than body temp. Check temp carefully so you don’t burn your insides, that would be really unsafe.
I think 16 ounces of lube would be fine. Putting more might make you need to be on the toilet for a long time.
