Im gf F(22) never stop calling/ texting bf M ( 27) even when he’s rude to me. I call/ text him myself and Never wait for him to contact. Its a sudden urge why do i do this? We’re in a long distance and he’s a workholic, I always intiate contact. Because i get insecure that he’s gonna do something back behind me. I’m done without this urge to msg him all the timr even though I know I won’t get his attention every time coz its just not possible. How to wait for him to come to me himself?

You create a life where he’s not the center of it.
Be busy, have hobbies, create a routine that works for you, try new things, start working out, the list goes on.
When you prioritize other people over yourself, and you put all of your happiness on one person, then of course you can’t help but to contact them all the time.
This all starts with improving yourself and learn to put yourself first. It’ll take time, be patient. But by doing so, you’ll find that the urge went away without you even thinking about it.
