Genuinely curious of any regular cigarette smokers, do you still have nice skin and hair? How do you keep it so nice?

  1. I have been smoking for the past 14 years, my skin and hair hasn’t changed at all since I take care of it. The only thing that did changed is obviously having my hair to smell like cigarettes in between two washing hair days.

The how : products that fits my hair porosity and my skin type.

  2. My hair is very healthy, grows too fast for my liking but I don’t have any damaged ends and my curls hold their shape pretty well. I wash it roughly once a week, after about 5-6 days it starts smelling like cigarettes which is gross.

I’m think my skin is a little dull but that’s more noticeable when I haven’t had enough sleep or water. I usually have very red cheeks and dark circles, but the redness is lessened in conditions above. I don’t do anything except wash with water and a muslin cloth, I do use sunscreen daily. I got told I had nice skin yesterday and have heard it a few times, but it does always surprise me. My lips get dry fast if I don’t have enough water or smoke more than usual.
