2. Confidence. I admire it in women or men.

3. I know a woman at my work who is brilliant, and who has had phenomenal success in multiple diverse fields. She’s well respected, and she uses that capital almost exclusively to help pull others up to her level. She advocates for people who don’t speak up for themselves. She shares her knowledge and contacts freely. She puts people who are just starting out in positions of responsibility and supports them to grow into their grasp.

   I hope to be like that.
