My name is Elaine, I am 33 years old and I am originally from Poland, but I have been in the United States for 6 years. I am an introverted woman and I rarely go out at night because I am always busy with work and I have few friends so I feel lonely. I hope to make some friends here with whom I can talk freely. If possible, I would like to develop a long-term relationship in the future.
I have many hobbies, including running, reading, practicing yoga, cooking, etc. I admire men who are smart, articulate, thoughtful, curious, studious, not materialistic, and not overly career-oriented.
In fact, I am a cheerful person, but after experiencing emotional failure, I became introverted. Maybe I need to meet someone who can make me open up.

Well, now that you made a post on the internet. Try something similar to this with people that are doing the same hobbies as you. Join a running club, or a book club, and so on. I am sure you will find someone and form great friendships.
Also, you don’t need a friend to do everything you enjoy. It’s ok to have a friend to go running with, and a different friend you enjoy having coffee with.
