I’ve decided to take the plunge and try cialis after being quite nervous with my partner before intercourse.
I’m really excited to try but don’t really know how to take/use. I’ve ordered 10mg and heard it lasts about 36 hours.
Does anyone have any tips? When is the best time to take? Should I try solo first?

It’s medicine. It should come with instructions that you should follow.
take it about an hour before sex. Yes it does last 36 hours. But still best if you time it.
You might feel hot/flushed your first time. Quite normal. Ignore it. You also might have some nose stuffiness. Again, normal and ignore it.
If you get a regular script, then just take it during the day, every day. Granted you can take prior to being active but I find it hits peak about 6-8 hours in. I take mine daily and like the long term affects of it.
