It’s completely normal. Most women won’t be able to cum with just penetration alone. There’s a reason we have a clit. The myth that women can cum from piv is perpetuated by porn made for the male gaze.
You should try to get them to angle up (you can practice with a toy) and hit your g-spot.
When you say ‘being fingered’ do you mean fingers inside, or finger rubbing your clit? Fingers inside doesn’t work for a lot of women, but fingers rubbing the clit usually does.
Only about 15-20% of women climax from only intercourse, so how you are is pretty typical.
Totally normal, I can’t cum from penetration and never could no matter what I tried, no matter the size, the angle etc etc it’s just not possible for some women.
You can desensitize yourself from relying on porn too much to cum though… I would also hope your partners are trying to make your cum without penetration so you don’t just have to rely on your vibrator.
