So i know this guy from my gym not very well but good enough to know his name and greet him on sight.
We were standing together talking and this other guy comes along and asks us a bunch if questions about the gym and in the end he says “and what are your names?”
We both answer at the same time he understands nothing then i said my name first and the name of this other guy afterwards while pointing at him. So like “Edward, Anton”.
But this third guy thinks my name is Edward Anton everyone is confused until i clear it up. All while that was happening i could feel the look of that Anton guy.
Was this rude if me to introduce him with his name to the other guy? Was it weird? I feel shame but i dont know if its reasonably.

No worries, it wasn’t rude at all! It’s just a small misunderstanding, happens with introductions sometimes.
Not rude at all, unless his name is not Anton.
Speaking on someone else’s account, especially for an introduction can create some pressure or awkwardness.
