I am having some issues during PIV sex with my new gf. In all positions where I am behind I can smell a really bad sour odor and it’s kind of revolting tbh, making it hard for me to focus on sex and stay hard. We did some tests and found that she has some urea plasma bacteria which we treated with antibiotics but it didn’t go away completely and doctors tolds us that it’s not critical and part of regular female vaginal flora. But the smell is still present and bothering me, I really want to solve it. It only happens during PIV otherwise there’s nothing.
Did anyone have a similar issue and founs help? What was the reason / treatment?

Most Vaginas have a little odor during sex or when aroused. Some are stronger then others. Most of it depends on what her diet is
Do you use a condom? It can be latex smell with her vaginal smell combined?
