For example, if I’m in a group conversation and someone doesn’t hear my comment, what do I do? If I repeat it louder it feels and it comes out awkward. Do I just wait for the next opportunity to say it? What if someone did hear me and chose to ignore me?

  1. Totally depends on the situation and what you’re saying. If it looks like they didn’t acknowledge you at all, then you should repeat it. If they did it has way more variable on how you should act.

    At the end of the day it don’t matter that much.

  2. In a group setting there’s a lot going on. People aren’t processing things as deeply and can totally miss certain cues. If you said something and nobody responded, it’s likely everyone was distracted by something somebody else said. They’re not going to remember that you said something that nobody else responded to
